I am a fully qualified holistic therapist based in Sheffield, offering reflexology, facial reflexology, therapeutic massage and holistic facials. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR), and Federation of Holistic therapists (FHT).
My route into this work began with my own experience as a child receiving treatment for ear problems. I have continued to receive regular reflexology throughout my adult life and believe it is a truly powerful and essential therapy for maintaining good health and wellbeing.
Having originally trained in the Original Ingham Method with the International Institute of Reflexology, I have continued to advance my professional trainings in foot reflexology techniques, including Structural Reflexology, Ayurvedic Reflexology and Advanced reflexology techniques. I specialise in Reflexology for Menopause and Women’s health, however, I believe that reflexology and massage are essential therapies for everyone.
I also hold a Diploma in Facial Reflexology Sorensensistem, an incredible system of reflexology used on the face and scalp.
I have practiced Therapeutic/deep-tissue massage for many years, and hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage from the Northern Institute of Massage, an Indian Head Massage diploma and Ayurvedic Massage training from doctors in Kerala.
Recently, I gained a diploma in Holistic facials and am offering these as a stand-alone treatment, or in conjunction with facial reflexology.
My main aim as a therapist is to offer a space where you can rest, rebalance and restore through Reflexology and Massage.
Out of the treatment room, I spend a lot of time out in the hills walking and, having only been in Sheffield a few years, exploring everything the city has to offer. I also play the flute and get out to gigs and concerts as much as possible.
